How we work (or better known as how we spend your money)

We could have used numbers and statistics, but instead we’ve done what we’re good at, designed a pretty little diagram to show what goes on in our heads and what goes into the design process before you see the final presentation.

We feel it’s important to educate and to be educated. That’s why we research thoroughly a client’s industry and competitors to educate ourselves rather than make any assumptions or ill-informed guesses. Once the research is complete we will then investigate several approaches and solutions to the brief, and only when this is done will we select and refine an approach and expand this into a final presentation.

Then it’s time for the fun bit, time for you to be educated. We like to explain ourselves. Not just because we like the sound of our own voices but because although some designers are guilty of using their favourite typeface of the moment or a palette of colours that are in vogue, we believe that there should be a more integrated rational behind our vision of why we have adopted a certain approach.

We won’t necessarily want to bore you with colour psychology or any other such jargon but feel it’s important to reveal and explain the design process as to why we have arrived at our conclusion.

In a nutshell it’s vital for us to understand you, but we also believe it’s useful if you understand us. The design process is a collaboration, we like to think we work with rather than for our clients. We believe that if we collaborate, honestly and openly then the results will be great.

If anything is worth doing it’s worth doing well - but if it’s to be done well, it must be valued. We are sure you will see the value of good design.

WE THINK.YOU'LL UNDERSTAND.
